Abstract Submissions

 

Submission server is online.

The abstract should contain: title, abstract, key words and references.  

Important Dates:

    li>Submission deadline (abstract): April 30th May 10th, 2017 (12:00 GMT)
  • Notification: May 31st, 2017
  • Registration: May 31st, 2017
  • Preliminary program: June 10th, 2017
  • The Conference: June 28-30th, 2017
  • Submission deadline for Proceedings: September 30th, 2017

 

Instructions for Abstract Submission (Through EasyChair):

  1. Sign up for an EasyChair account at the EasyChair website. If you have used EasyChair before,skip this step and proceed to step 2.
  2. Log in to the CECC'17 abstract submission website, using your EasyChair user name and password. 
  3. Click on the “New Submission” link in the top-left corner of the menu
  4. Fill in the names, affiliations, postal and email addresses of all co-authors and indicate the presenting and corresponding authors. All these fields are mandatory.
  5. Enter the title and abstract in the provided text areas. Note that only plain (ASCII) text is accepted in these fields.
  6. Provide at least 3 (and up to 5) keywords that describe your paper. Please enter one keyword per line . If more than 5 keywords are entered, the Program Committee may arbitrarily select those to be included in the final form of your abstract.
  7. Upload your paper. The paper must be in PDF format (file extension .pdf)
  8. Click ‘Submit’.
